Pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before an order is placed. If a pricing error is discovered after an order is placed, we will contact you and offer either the corrected price or a full refund.

Intellectual property

Magic products frequently contain methods, routines and instructional material that belong to their creators. Purchasing an item grants you the right to perform it. It does not grant the right to reproduce, publish, teach for profit, resell instructional content, or disclose the method publicly.

Site content, including product descriptions and photographs produced by us, remains our property.

Orders

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including where an item is unavailable, where a pricing error has occurred, or where an order is flagged by our fraud checks.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in relation to any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
