Faulty or damaged items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right — replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.

A note specific to magic

Many magic products disclose their method the moment they are opened. Because of this, opened items that reveal a method cannot generally be returned simply because you have changed your mind. This is standard across the industry and protects creators as much as retailers.

Unopened items in their original, sealed condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and a description of the problem. Do not send anything back before we reply — several items ship directly from our suppliers and must be returned to different addresses.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days of the refund being processed.

Cancellations

An order can usually be cancelled before it is dispatched. Once it has shipped, the returns process above applies instead.
