Draft — requires legal review

This page is a starting template, not legal advice. It must be reviewed by a qualified lawyer against your actual business, suppliers and jurisdiction before you take real orders.

What we collect

Order information — your name, email address, shipping address, phone number and order contents.

Payment information — handled entirely by our payment processor. We receive a confirmation and the last four digits of the card. Full card numbers never reach our servers.

Usage information — pages viewed, items added to cart, and the source that brought you here, used to understand what is working.

Account information — if you create an account, your email, name and a securely hashed password. We never store passwords in a readable form.

Why we collect it

To process and deliver orders, to provide support, to prevent fraud, and — only with your consent — to send marketing email.

Who we share it with

Suppliers. Some items ship directly from our suppliers, who receive your name and delivery address in order to send your parcel. They receive nothing else.

Payment processor. To take payment.

Carriers. To deliver your order.

Email provider. To send order confirmations and, if you have opted in, marketing.

We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in any marketing email. You may request a copy of your data, or its deletion, by contacting us — though we may be required to retain order records for tax and accounting purposes.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart working and to understand site usage. You can manage non-essential cookies through your cookie preferences.

This page is a template and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Privacy law (GDPR, CCPA and others) imposes specific and enforceable obligations that vary by jurisdiction and by where your customers live. This must be reviewed by a qualified lawyer, and the list of processors above must be made accurate, before launch.
