Magic supplies in Reno, Washoe County, Nevada
Whatever you perform in Reno — close-up at a table, walk-around at a party, or a stand-up set — the material ships from here.
We post to every address in Washoe County and the rest of Nevada — there is no shop floor in Reno, and no separate pricing by city.
Reno is small enough that the local magic scene is probably three people who know each other. That is not a disadvantage — it is how most performers learn, and a smaller room is a more honest audience than a big one.
There is no brick-and-mortar magic shop in most of Reno, which is the usual reason people end up ordering. The trade-off is that you cannot handle a prop before buying it, so every listing says plainly what ships, what is included, and whether instructions come with it.
Reno
Stage and parlour
Props that read from the back row: appearing and vanishing canes, flower productions, linking rings in 30cm chrome, silks, flash bags and the larger apparatus. Stage material asks more of your staging than your fingers — the method is usually simple and the presentation is the whole job.

Coin magic
Coin work travels better than anything else — an expanded shell and a few half dollars fit in a pocket and play anywhere. Shells, folding coins, coin gimmicks and magnetic props cover vanishes, productions, transpositions and the bend. Harder than cards to learn, and considerably stronger when it lands.

Starting out in Reno
Nobody needs an expensive prop to start. The strongest beginner material in the shop costs less than lunch — self-working decks, sponge balls and forcing dice — and all of it still gets used by people who have been performing for twenty years.

Magic around Nevada
Las Vegas anchors the southwest, which means the regional standard for stage illusion is unusually high and there is steady paid work for close-up performers in restaurants and casinos.
